"Terrible customer service. I had the most awful experience when returning a pair of faulty trainers to this store. I am shocked at how I was treated, I had to visit the store twice and argue my point with some very unprofessional staff. It appears to be a culture within the store that if you are returning a faulty product you are questioned and ridiculed. If you are looking for good customer service skills and quick and efficient refund transactions this is not the store to go to."
