"Seem understaffed hard to get someone to talk to even when it didn't seem busy"
"Not a good experience here today. My daughter was buying a cooker and washing machine. She was paying in cash so we asked for a discount. She had bought several items there previously. A lovelybyoung man served us and he said he would ask the manager. Manager says no discounts at all. My daughter is a lone parent with 2 children with issues. Moving house has been very stressful for her. Manager did not speak to us or make any eye contact with us.we will not be returning to DID anytime soon. Eleanor"
"I like DiD electrical shop but unfortunately today in clonmel I had a bad experience with the shop. Wanted the hand in a electrical device for recycling and but a HDMI splitter staff wasn't very helpful she just said go online. I was very disappointed felt like some of the staff lacked basic customer service skills. Maybe today was just a bad day. Im hoping next time I visit the store to buy a product and recycle a electric device. I will get better service."
