"*See edit below. Incorrectly advertised a laptop (much higher spec) I tried to send it back to them and they refused as it was opened. I opened it as I assumed I had bought what was advertised. I showed them on their site where the info was conflicting and they refused to acknowledge it. I needed a higher performance laptop so I said I would buy one from them that’s higher spec from them if they refunded my previous purchase. They never even suggested I would be able to do this, I had to suggest it to them. But the most frustrating thing was their out and out refusal to acknowledge their mistake or take accountability, and then making snide comments throughout our conversations. I showed them the conflicting info to enable my refund and so it wouldn’t cause them more hassle in future. Paid for registered post to return it, told the post office worker their address (attached) and somehow it ended up in the companies warehouse in the UK, (likely An Post fault, not blaming company for this) and the company told me that I had incorrectly sent it to the UK (even though I showed them the post docket) and if I sent it to the correct address refund would be quicker, It took nearly a month to get my refund. *Edit: Customer service manager Bridget spoke to me and apologised for the mistake (even though it was not her fault) and admitted that the product was described incorrectly and they have assured that it will be changed. She has since refunded my payment for the registered post. Upping to 3 stars."

Got the 'Haven Retro Home Office Desk with Riser – White', good instruction booklet and surprised by the high quality finish of the desk considering the price.
