"No communication or reply. Bought a heater that was in stock on there website, I had to ring to find out why delivery was not confirmed. I was told that they were out of stock and were trying to buy directly from supplier, I then asked for call back to let me know what was going on no call back. I rang again and asked would they have anything similar in stock and I was told they would check and call me back, no call back again and then just a refund. Terrible service won't be using toolman again."
"Terrible customer service, ordered items off website, no communication, just a refund 5 days later and smart answers when I called to ask what happened. Suggested they only sell items they had in stock to which I got a laugh! Heard they were supposed to be decent but not in my experience."
"Visited store last year, served by James, living locally and bought a laser, when buying I was told he could calibrate it, this turns out to be untrue and he has to send laser away and took over 3 weeks to get back, had to hire one in meantime. All he knew about the laser was how to turn it on. Also rang one day asking how to set a slope and I was told to read the manual, which I had misplaced, very unhelpful and cross on the phone. Very nice when your buying but no backup or manners afterwards."
