"Had the misfortune of dealing with Kevin in the bike section. I've never met a more obnoxious and ignorant person working in a shop. He was rude to my family and I shouting across the store to us. After him treating us like a piece dirt for 30 seconfs we walked out to buy a bike from Caballs in town. I'll be complaining about this Kevin and the way he treats people. He obviously is not suited to dealing with any life forms."

"An I don't care, not my problem attitude is what I met in the shop today. My husband bought me a dashcam for Christmas. Ringing the shop to make an appointment for fitting it went straight to a call centre somewhere in the world. They confirmed an appointment today at 2pm but the shop had no confirmation about it. So after taking a half day off and drive 30 km to the shop, I was met by a grumpy fitter who didn't give a hoot and a girl who was a bit nicer, taking down my details on the back of a till receipt. I asked her if I would be called back...oh yes, definitely. I'm waiting.... No problem buying products in the shop, after that it's good luck!"

"Purchased an electric bicycle spent over €2000. On collection day I found the staff were incredibly unfriendly, disinterested and unwilling to offer any help. No guidance given or I wasn't shown how to operate the electric bike or how to remove the battery for charge etc. Very disappointing and I expected more."

"I've went to the Tralee store several times in the past 2 years. The same guy has helped me many times, can't remember his name but he's a Gem, English Accent. No complaints all praise very knowledgeable man and incredibly pleasant and efficient."

"Wasn't great, didn't get the service. Got there, no chip repairer person. Done review, was declined. Just got email asking for review again. Strange. Thank you for your reply Halfords. I had booked online and had a chat with the online help service. When I got to the store they had no record of this booking. I suggest your online and shop bookings update their communications as I had asked for a rebooking and was assured that Halfords Tralee would call me to make one..............that was on the 5th of November....... still not been contacted. I don't need to be contacted as I have had the service done now as it was for NCT but just that perhaps your communication needs to be upgraded or at least merged....."
