"Bought a Hyundai Petrol Garden Multi Function Tool | HYMT5200X | 52CC in August 2022 for €324 The purchase and shipping was a decent experience. The fuel line became disconnected and the flywheel cracked after moderate domestic use in the autumn and spring without misuse. I contacted both Toss Bryan and Hyundai as the product was still under warranty. Hyundai were very helpful and responded within 24 hours over the weekend but could not ship spare parts to Ireland and advised that it was the responsibility of the retailer I bought it off to arrange this and to contact them. I contacted Toss Bryan 3 times on the 15th, 17th and 20th April with my invoice attached and after 3 weeks have received no response. Unfortunately there is no after sales care for faulty products. I would avoid purchasing from them again especially if you’re not local that it is practical to return it to the store as they do not respond to customer queries.0 stars for customer service. I had to source the parts from the UK myself at my own expense and repair the machine. I have given it 2 stars instead of 1 as the initial purchase and delivery was as expected."

"Lots of selection of products, some of it is a bit random. Most of the staff are really helpful. They have everything from garden plants to cookers to paint. While the selection of products is large the variety is poor, one or two or something and low levels of stock. Having said that they are always willing to help and order in items for you. For some bundles they also offer a payment plan so it helps make buying larger items more affordable. This leads onto the worst part and that's the delivery on large products. You might be waiting several weeks like we did. Another great area is the garden machinery and diy products. It's no B&Q but there is enough to get you across the line for most small DIY jobs."
