"I was apprehensive as I never built a house before. Stephen was fantastic, so patient and thorough. His workers are top notch. I couldn’t recommend him higher. My only regret is I didn’t let him do all the jobs through to the finish, as all the difficulty’s I had were with the subcontractors later. Our house is nearly passive, it takes very little to heat it. We use 1x 5kW stove in the pits of the winter. I have to be care full not to light too big a fire of we get too hot. So no oil or gas heating bills. We are in 5 years now, all going very well."
