"No floor staff to ask questions, (unless you want to queue at the counter and wait to hold everyone else up). However, we did: "Where are the Déanta doors please?" "They're down at the back somewhere, have a look around they'll have stickers on them" Thanks for nothing, we found them with difficulty and no, they didn't have obvious stickers and no one came near us about our potential purchase of 10 doors. Let's vote with our feet babe! Also very confusing price tags on the flooring section. See pic attached- clearly there to purposely confuse the customer, and no one there to ask Brooks don't really give a s***. Customer Service - 0/10 Don't even know why I gave two stars, probably just in a good humour today. Lucky Brooks."

"Buying online from brooksonline.ie turned out to be a disaster for my project and a huge time waste. While they are showing stocks and delivery times online, this has nothing to do with the reality. Result: I ordered materials for almost 2k Euro, got charged and 3 days after (when, as per their website I should actually have my goods delivered) I got a call from Cork branch, informing me that half of items I ordered are not in stock. The person calling was trying to offer alternative materials, but I felt rushed (not that simple to think on the fly if 2x9 timber can be replaced by 2xX, right?) When I asked to send me an email and outline what is missing with the alternative proposal, the person informed that he cannot send any emails and that it has to be escalated to Dublin online sales team. I communicated with them through Whatsapp (was assured the situation will be sorted). 1 week later from order date and I'm still waiting for a date of delivery. I hope they treat trade folks better, otherwise - take your business elsewhere, completely unreliable - you'll risk loosing your own customers because of them. Note - I get the possible shortages due to COVID, but you should update your online stocks to reflect it. UPDATE: asked to cancel my order and after few hours received a call and was informed that my order will be delivered in few hours. I still opted to cancel though - couldn't afford to waste more time."
