"I was travelling from Kerry to Tipperary with my seven month old baby when he developed a fairly angry reaction on his skin. I was very anxious with no hospital close by, so when passing Adare I stopped by this wonderful pharmacy where the staff could not have been kinder. From the ladies playing with my baby to the lovely male pharmacist who came over and examined him fully, reassured me that it was likely just a reaction and what to watch out for in case it got worse and needed a doctor. Then he spent ages picking a cream that would help (which cleared it within an hour!) and honestly he just went out of his way to care for us. I was able to happily carry on with my trip and my baby was comfortable and happy. Could not recommend the customer service of this pharmacy more. Blown away by their kindness."
