"AVOID!!! My partner and I were shopping for a freezer, specially looking for a shop that would also take away our old one when delivered. Sheehys offer this service with their kitchen goods. We were told it would be delivered that following Saturday, so we arranged to be home. On the Friday, early afternoon, my parter gets a phone call while she's in work saying the delivery men were delivering our freezer! Obviously like most people, we were both in work and unable to just drop everything and drive home. So that was that, the day after, the Saturday they said it would be delivered, nothing. Not even a phone call. 3 weeks later and lots of unhelpful phone calls to the shop only to be told 'well, they did offer to deliver it when they were out your direction...' we decided just to go in and get a refund. Absolutely useless. We took our business to Lissavaird Co op were we were looked after professionally and nicely."
