"Went into warehouse to pick up my purchase. Couldn't find anyone around inside. After a while, I found a person standing around that could help me. And asked if he could assist me as I gave him my docket. He instead refused to help me and said to me “use your eyes to find someone inside" Appalled by their rude customer service. Avoid like the plague!"

"Brutal experience, didn't deliver all of my order as some of my items were deliveredto another customer by accidentin Ballybunion. When I rang I was told there was nothing that could be done about it and whenever the lorry is passing next they will drop of the rest of my order. I explained this wasn't acceptable as I had people coming to build a fence for me and they need all the order. I was told try and find a van and drive myself to Ballybunion where they mistakenly delivered my order. I explained this isn't an option for me and I got hung up on by the boss man. I had to cancel the job and after ringing up complaining a few more times I was told I had no choice but wait until they are passing my house sometime. Very rude, brutal customer service. I will never have anything to do with them again"
