Not only were they able to secure last year's prices on the units we were ordering, they also stored items for a considerable time due to delays in our renovation, and then, having shipped everything to us, later exchanged an unused vanity unit that we had already had for more than six months for a more suitable one, and unexpectedly gave us back several hundred € in the process.
