Reviews
"Burger was cold. Had obviously been made a long time in advance and was sitting, waiting to be ordered. At almost β¬10 for a large meal option I'd expect much better. Poorly trained staff."
"Extremely bad customer service we paid β¬20 for 2 student Big Mac meals and 1 portion of 9 chicken nuggets. In the end we got no chips towards our meals, no straws to drink from and no napkins or dip."
"Forced to go for my kids birthday. Thankfully it is only once a year. Place is filthy. Bins inside overflowing,no clean tables, all tablets broken, kids play area shut, service slow. Was half decent a few years ago when it opened but just a kip now. A pity"
"McDonald's is McDonald's... you know what you're going to get. So it's the small and subtle things that make one different to the next. The good things are that the inside seems clean and hygienic. That however doesn't make much difference when you're food arrives lukewarm and bordering on actually cold. It's never happened before to me in a McDonald's. So maybe its just bad luck. My friend's portion also arrived cold. We were under time pressure so we didn't have time to go back and complain. Anyway, that's my one and only experience with this McDonald's outlet. Addition the day after (25-Jun-2022): I had initially given a 2-star but today, a day later, with an upset stomach and symptoms of food poisoning, I'm going to reduce it to a one star. If that was given to a kid it could have been serious! And before you say it, the last time I had an upset stomach from food was over a decade ago. It takes a lot of nasty bacteria to cause stomach upset for me."
"I enjoyed my time there. The place is modern clean and has a number of extra things like a microwave to warm bottles and tablets for the kids. There's also an indoor playroom. The bathrooms were super clean. There are tables outside. The drive through was great as well. I had no problems with my order. There were a lot of parents with kids. I liked the group room and the enclosed seating as well. All in all it was a good experience."
