"For a place where chicken is a core element of its brand this location seems to run out of it a lot. It has happened to me multiple times now. They either don't have any or they have to cook more which when you want fast food is not what you want to hear. I can cook food from scratch at home! Also tell customers upfront if there is a delay before they queue and order."
