"I haven't enough good words to say about the staff and service received in this place. My friends dog had to be put to sleep and the vet was so kind and caring. We were given all the time we wanted to say goodbye to our furry friend. They explained clearly what would happen, with the vet checking with us every step of the way. I can't remember his name but I will always remember his kindness! The empathy and kindness shown to us at a very sad time was beyond compare. Really, really lovely. Having had to put my own dog to sleep in another practice, with a less than favourable experience, has confirmed for me beyond a shadow of a doubt that Ormonde vets will be my vets for life now. A beautiful clean building, with very kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. They seem to really care about the animals, owners and service they provide. They bent over backwards to ensure we and our animal were looked after as best as they could. A special word of thanks to Aisling, who went above and beyond to help us and ensure our experience was as painless as humanly possible. Highly recommend this place where the animals/owners are king as opposed to making money. They might be a business but the animals/owners come first. Keep up the good work Ormonde Vets!!
