Reviews
"I had the whole screen to myself to see Dungeons and Dragons today so I was very happy."
"Staff are very friendly, overall cleanliness of the place is good, but maintenance of the screens and quality of audio is not the best, went last night screen is dirty and the place could do with some updating as for sound and aspect quality of the films"
"Great show but the price of the sweets and popcorn was absolute robbery"
"Would give 0 stars if possible. I come to this cinema monthly. Never again. Had the most awful experience on 19/11. A group of 30+ primary aged children allowed into a 12A unaccompanied. Useless parent sitting outside in the foyer when he should've been inside supervising. Children were noisy, rude, talking at full volume, shouting across the room to their friends, putting feet up on seats, getting up multiple times and blocking the view. I told the children off numerous times. I went out to complain to staff who did nothing. The useless parent came in and made "shhhh" noises throughout the film so I couldn't hear dialogue (when he wasn't on his phone which wasn't on silent and went off 3 times). Experience ruined completely. Complained to staff, emailed manager. Manager told me to go midweek to avoid kids as if I should make compromises instead of them just enforcing quiet. Wouldn't even offer me a refund. No-one wants to accept responsibility or enforce basic manners and behaviour in public. No wonder people don't bother going to the cinema anymore."
"The cinema staff should check the cinemas rooms where there are young people more often, they behave very badly, very loudly, they use phones, they kick into the chair in front of them, the cinema staff should ask such people to leave the room , you will lose customers if you don't do something about it. I'm wery disappointed."
