"Nice and clean cinema. The downsides is the older male staff member, he needs to learn what customer service is. Anytime I’ve gone in he’s on his phone and doesn’t seem friendly at all. It comes across like he doesn’t like his job.. The manager in there also seems very unpleasant. Other staff members however are always very pleasant with a friendly welcome."

"I Have been going to this cinema for years I spend a lot of money there sometimes on my own and I bring my kids very often recently when we go the heating hasn't even been turned on we have to keep our coats on in the afternoon which is not right when you spend good money there. Me and my son went there to watch the new avatar movie we sat with hats and coats on and lots of of other people were complaining too. 3 hours and 15 minutes watching a film with the temperature pretty similar to outside isn't good enough And to make matters worse we got out into the foyer after it was lovely and warm for the staff to be nice and cosy. Highly unacceptable.."

"I like it because it is not always over crowded here. Another reason I like it because it seems the company takes audiences privacy and safety seriously, so that audiences can enjoy the entertainment without interruptions. Now they also have machines at the cinema to purchase your tickets. There are also some space to sit down while waiting for something. They also now serving coffees, it's cheap but it is a small portion. They don't provide customer's parking but there are plenty parking nearby."
