"Due to the salon changing the type of hair colour used and no communication from the Salon Manager to inform me a new patch test is required, my appointment did not go ahead. The Salon Manager couldn't even deliver that message, which I find very unprofessional and unfair to the staff member that was "sent over" to let me know. Very disappointed and a huge waste of my time - I had booked time of work for that appointment, and will have to do so again."
