"I suggest staying away from STAY YNA. I’m saddened and deeply disappointed with the way STAY YNA chooses to conduct its business. If you have an option to book with someone else, please do it. I wish I could. This company is not interested in providing a good customer experience; all they care about is money. If you have a problem they will cite their policy like robots and will not lift a finger to help you. I made a reservation with this company through Airbnb. Shortly afterwards, I had an issue with our airline tickets that couldn’t be resolved despite hours on the phone, making it impossible for my family to make it to Ireland. I contacted STAY YNA two days after making my booking and almost four weeks before what was supposed to be 1st day of our stay. Basically, they had plenty of time to put the house back on the market and get it rebooked, since summer is a hot tourist season. I explained the situation to the booking manager and asked them to cancel. “Lauren” said that there was nothing they could do as the booking is non refundable. (Note: Airbnb has an official 48 hour grace period.) Since the situation was no one’s fault I asked if they would be willing to be a human being and find a compromise (change dates, issue partial refund, find a different property for other dates, etc). They offered to change dates for my reservation. I provided the times when my husband could take a vacation. They pretended to be flexible, but denied my request, offering the times that he couldn’t take off work. After many messages on Airbnb, I called the company and after much persuasion they offered to move the booking to Easter. I was glad that they were finally willing to work with me. When I got back to them a day later with the exact dates, they moved the goalposts by saying that minimum stay during that time is 7 nights trying to make me pay for additional two nights. I refused to do so, so they took my $1000 without any qualms of conscience. They have not refunded me a single dollar or provided any service in return. It hits hard to lose this kind of money, it also makes me very sad as I have been dreaming about visiting Ireland. I consider myself a seasoned traveler, and have booked all the trips for my family for the past 10 years, but I have never had such experience."

"We had a really nice stay this year after Christmas at Wood Quay. We were right on Dingle Harbour, a short stroll to bars, shops and restaurants and exactly what we needed to spend quality family time together. The house was cosy and quirky with fantastic views. Stay YNA were very easy to deal with and very responsive. Great holiday experience!"

"The best holiday home we have stayed in West Kerry. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook and entertain in. The house is furnished with such thought, creativity and taste unlike many holiday rentals. Garden is peaceful and private with calming sounds of a running stream. The sitting room and stove fire provide a relaxing space especially when weather turns. All appliances are of a very high standard and everything about this house made it such a pleasure to holiday in with our whole family. Having two double rooms en suite together with two twin rooms upstairs allowed us flexibility to accommodate our family without compromising on comfort. We are looking forward to returning next year."

"This is a fine big holiday home. Great location as i'ts very near a great pub Spillanes who do great pub food. Prawns pil pil and Chicken wings two great specialities. The showers in Endless sands are great and the main living area is huge so very easy to lounge around. We would happily stay there again."

"Avoid Avoid Avoid this company at all costs, they are UK based and the customer service is shocking. My family had a booking for my wife's 60th birthday in Kerry for June 2021 and we could not travel due to extended Covid restrictions. The weekend we had booked was the only time we could go as a family but then the restrictions were extended. We informed Stay YNA of this and requested a refund as we would not be able to go. Stay YNA refused this refund even though no services were provided. Avoid this company and stick to local companies who need your business and know how to treat customers."
