"Terrible customer service at the beauty counter had to wait for 10 minutes to be served while sales assistant blatantly ignored me and chatted away to her friend, if mccauley don't value their customers then I'll spend my money elsewhere"
"I have been advised by pharmacist to give my child ibuprofen for chicken pox without any warnings without seeing my child. Extremely disappointed as information on hse site is totally different. "If you or your child has chickenpox don't use ibuprofen unless your GP has told you to. This is because using ibuprofen can increase the risk of serious skin infections. Do not use aspirin or products containing aspirin""
"Excellent staff to deal with for anything at all , Micheal in the photo lab helped me today with sorting out pictures from my phone , I would recommend store to all , all member's of staff are friendly and outgoing, empathetic to customers needs"
"I went into the Douglas Shopping centre Sam McAuleys chemist on Sunday 15th May. My sole purpose was to buy Estée Lauder make up as it’s hard to get without having to go into the city centre. I picked up a few bits in a basket, and After walking around to the makeup counters and seeing no one there, I went to the girl at the check out who directed me to the perfume counter to the two ladies who were standing there. When I asked about the make up, one lady all but rolled her eyes at me and she was so unbelievably rude that I wanted to leave then and there as I was clearly inconveniencing her. However I carried on and went to the counter with her and asked for the make up. She crossly said “I suppose you don’t know the name of it!?” I told her the name of it and after 20 seconds of looking said “Look - we just don’t have it” and slammed the drawer shut - And with that, I left my basket of goods, turned and walked out absolutely shocked and somewhat upset at the attitude. In future, I will take myself off to Brown Thomas for my Estée Lauder and Boots for my other bits in future as my business is clearly not valued in here. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!"
