"While my husband was purchasing something, I felt weak and asked if I could sit down. Was shown to a side room and a lovely pharmacist, who stayed with me until I left, (apologies I have forgotten your name) took my blood pressure a few times, which was low, as I suspected. I drank some water and began to feel better. The kindness shown to me was overwhelming , thank you."
"I always get my prescription done here, great customer service, might get a little busy in the evenings. Helped me out when my GP sent a wrong script and flagged wrong dosage of the medicine. Highly recommended!"
"I went in with a prescription for a pain killer sent by email by dentist, same tablet prescribed the week before, bought at the same spot (so pharmacy has record). They won't accept the email, without even watching at the prescription. Rules are rules but no needs to be rude. I had been treated as a drug addicted, and badly since I am foreigner, the lady at the till ask me in a bad way if I understood what she said! After that they gave me an email to have the prescription sent directly to them, but the email was only for GP, so the dentist could not use it. After 3 calls to the pharmacy and 3 more to the dentist and 24 hours I have been able to purchase."
"Avoid this service. Too easy to lose β¬100 deposit. Very unhappy with wheelchair hire service. Lifted a temporary hire wheelchair 3 times in and out of a car and a clip belonging to footrest was bent. Not fit for purpose. A temp hire chair , by definition, is used in normal cars not wheelchair adapted ones. If the clip is that fragile it should be a mandatory part of the hiring demo that the two foot rests MUST be removed before the chair is put in a car. I was not told they had to be removed. At point of hire you get a friendly casual demo. Only strict instructions given were not to stand upright on the two plastic foot rests as otherwise they will break. No mention of fragile clips or hinges. In contrast when you return the chair it is inspected with mititary precision and rigour where they check features you never even knew existed on the chair. A brief weekend hire while my son is thankfully only briefly in crutches has resulted in a 120 charge . Would not recommend."
