"Brought my dog there to get x-rays and treated for a cut on one of his legs. I asked the vet the total cost I would have to pay. Was told €120 would cover everything. My dog got stiches in his wound. When I brought my dog back to get the stiches removed I was told it was too soon to remove them and to come back in two days to get them removed. On that day I was charged €49 when I was already told that the total cost for everything was €120. When I went back in the two days the stiches were removed but again I was told there was a charge. Also when I went to the clinic I needed to go to the toilet. One of the staff told me the toilet was only for staff and go to the nearest pub which was 4 minutes walk even thought I have issues with both my kidneys. If you are paying for a services the least what they could do was to allow you to uses the toilet and tell the truth about the total cost you will have to pay. Stay well away from this vet clinic. They are only in the business to rob you of you money and they staff treats you very badly"
