I mass purchased children's saliva swab antigen tests which unfortunately did not detect covid in either of my kids when they were in fact positive. I contacted pharmacy who referred me to the pharma supplier who basically swamped me with medical jargin which I did not understand. When I asked pharmacy to take back the 12 remaining unused tests still in original packaging they refused and did not offer anything even as a token goodwill gesture. I thought it was bad form. Will not use again."
