"I had the most amazing experience of getting my hair styled at Enchanted Hair! I was having my hair done for a wedding. Even though I wasn't a local and therefore not a regular, my stylist was so conscientious and attentive to detail. She asked to see my reference photo multiple times and made me feel very comfortable about asking for modifications. The end result was exactly what I wanted! "One star is too much for this salon. I've never met a more unprofessional salon owner than Sandra. She ruined my hair. I was there on Wednesday 4th of April. I asked for a mahogany colour and a trim. The colour was mixed without reference to the colour chart - I had to pick a colour from a selection of styles on her phone. When I saw that the dye staining my forehead was deep pink I raised my concern and was assured it would be fine. I ended up with plum coloured hair. She offered to tone it down and put a base colour on top of it so I now have burgundy hair. I called in today to get my money back and she refused. She and her husband argued and shouted at me on front of clients and staff. Sandra then threatened to call the Guards! Because I asked for my money back!!! I'll have to get my hair stripped or cut off to remedy what she has done. My advice to everyone- STAY AWAY FROM ENCHANTED IN TIPPERARY. Find yourself a professional hairdresser."
