"Display of pricing is terrible down at the cat litter stand. Loads of prices and not often under the corresponding litter. Not the first time problems with pricing, few years back got litter and was told that the pricing was a mistake on the stand. Service is very hit and miss. 2 tills open one day was queueing at one with someone in front and another behind me and just when he finished dealing with person in front of me turns and says to go to the other till. The woman behind gets in front and we have to then wait for the existing person to be serviced and then the woman that was behind. Worked in retail myself and you don't treat customers like that. I'd go elsewhere if I could."
"Bought an aquarium and stand during the week and went back today to buy some fish to get my tank going. The lad I was speaking to was extremely helpful. Great advice and I will be going back to get more fish. Quality of fish plus the choice they have is excellent. 5 stars."
