"I got a full head of highlights they turned out beautifull. But there covid practice was very poor. Man wore a viser then a mask but half staff wore them under the nose. No contact tracing at all. And no cleaning down stations at any stage I was there. 2 and a half hours. People were moved around due to lack of stations. I had contacted them for hair and nail appointment, I got hair appointment but was informed today I don't have nail appointment a week before Christmas. Even though I was on to them on the 15th November. Not professional at all. Would not recommend even though the girl who did my highlights did a fabulous job the experience was not nice"
