"A great location for the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike trails. Cabin has everything you need in it. The matresses on the two single beds in cabin 13 are past thier best, it was like trying to sleep in a Wok. We paid a lot for a two night stay and then to read the small print on the welcome pack stating we would also have to pay for the electricity used was really cheeky to say the least! The village pub is worth a visit but I won't be coming back here. Far too expensive for what you get."
"Fantastic accommodation, modern, spotless clean, all you need to bring is yourself. Very safe for children and plenty to see and do in the local towns & villages nearby. Great get away & only 40 mins from Cork city via M8"
"We stayed here for a week at the start of July. It was the most relaxed and fun week. With 3boys it can be tough going keeping them entertained this wasn't a problem.. there was a beautiful forest walk outside our door where we built a fort and went paddling in the lake. There was a zipline basketball net and swing within sight in the windows and an obstacle course further up the track.. we were met on our arrival shown around offered great advice and settled in very easily. The house was immaculately clean and had everything needed to cook from home once we had shopped. Theres a local pub nice lady and very quiet but nice. Lots to do if you enjoy walking some hidden treasures but be prepared the walks can be long.. Our boys are 8,4,3... We met some wonderful people and the kids made friends easily. I found the area safe and quiet would definitely return. Highly recommend for a quite yet adventurous getaway.."
"Lovely home, but unfortunately luck of hot water, not enough for 4 to 6 people. Very calm must of the time. Water pump making noise every ten minutes and had to be switch off at night . The rain need attention when it rain lot of dropping noises."
