"To my disappointment today 10th of February I went into this store to buy some striploin steak from there meat department to find out they no longer have one took away all tray packs of meat instead I'm a visitor to this store on a regular basis my first time this year and believe me my last it's a disgrace .I've always thought all supervalu stores have meat departments in witch there a big asid to any shop the personal touch from the staff of meat departments people like this I could not get what I needed because no-one there to cut it . I won't return because of this disappointment .they will see a big fall off in business due to this even closure my opinion thanks brendan mac curtain"

"It really seems to have gone down. That is a shame was always happy to do my weekly there. It seems that the management seems to think that everyone is over 6 foot. Being 5.ft 3 I am struggling to get to the higher shelves and having to ask for help. It's a shame."

"It was OK, not much interaction from staff on the floor., I was looking for a lasagne and found beautiful fresh made, but in among them was a lasagne with green mould on top. The till service was very good a lovely girl polite and chatty"

"I went to Caulfields in Bandon to get a ready made birthday cake for my friends birthday on 29/2/20. Firstly the selection of fresh cakes was limited to say the least. There were plenty of individual cream buns but other than that there were only 7 or 8 cakes that looked the same on the bottom shelf. I asked the girl what they were made of and was told it was fresh sponge, cream & jam. I couldn't tell as the outside of the cake was covered in some form of icing. When i cut into it, It was rock hard. Definitely not fresh. Very disappointed as they advertise it as being a good bakery. It was embarrassing putting it in front of the other girls at the party. Wouldn't recommend."
