"The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, unfortunately I wasn't pleased with the cut. I asked for a long layer throughout with face framing/curtain bangs at the front. The layers are very blunt, my hair looks two completely different lengths. They are not blended at all. As you can see in the photo, it is a straight line across my head, with the remainder of my hair long in the centre. It looks dreadful. Will have to try leave it grow out or cut it all to that length. Not acceptable. Will not be returning or recommending. Very disappointing especially for the high price point."
