"The pictures are way better than the actual hotel. We could not even stay there the rooms were so disgusting. The mattress was old, you could feel the springs. They would not give us a refund or anything! There is nothing in the rooms-no tv, no microwave, no coffee machine, bare bones. No breakfast. Mold was in the windows, cracks throughout the walls and ceiling, it looked like a hotel instead of a bed and breakfast. Not sure how they can get that rating. Make sure you visit this place before paying for anything!!"

"My wife booked this place as we were attending the INEC before telling me and I was concerned after reading the reviews. I was concerned about the reviews, after spending two separate Saturday's nights in February 2023, I wasn't concerned. This is a B&B not a 5 star hotel with a spa. The rooms are clean, it's undergoing renovation currently and I look forward to seeing the place again. The time we stayed in was prefect for a B&B. The staff were professional and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, not greasy and plenty of it. Overall, a great place. Minutes away from Inec and under 20 minutes walk away from the town centre. Looking forward to seeing Needa again!"

"Not a great experience. Room was cold and damp, shower lacked pressure, woke up to condensation all over the walls in the room, bathroom door doesn’t close fully and there is no lock. Found the host to be condescending and quite rude to young adults (late 20s early 30s). For the price I would not recommend. The girl doing breakfast service was lovely we can’t fault her manner, but we will not be returning."

"Decent breakfast. Decent location. Very basic room, shower not working really pressure wise and no tv etc in room. It's a bed in a room with a breakfast, so no frills, but if that works for you then this is a good option for an over night stay."

"We booked bed and breakfast last minute. The owner was a bit rude over the phone. I wasn’t convinced but as it was last minute booking I said let’s do it. Not a bad place if you on budget, but don’t expect what you see on pictures, rooms don’t look anything like on their website. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Also there was a strange smell in the room that we couldn’t identify. Breakfast were decent. Good location."
