"Not happy was buying 4 water guns and other bits and pieces everything had scanned in but the price wasn't what I had worked out at.. turns out the water guns scanned at a different price. Had to wait for rmanager only to be told sorry they were market wrong on the shelves.. I Did Not buy them or the other stuff"

"Was looking for baskets to make up some hampers. Asked a very nice assistant for help. I think her name is Sandra. She walked the shop with me to show what was available and really went out of her way to see me right. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Wonderful service with a smile."

"There were a lot of shelves that were empty - entire aisles. There were boxes of items just strewn all over the floor, half of what was on the shelves wasn't priced. There were clearly not enough staff on to cope with the demands of the store, and the staff that were around looked ridiculously busy and stressed. This was at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon - not exactly prime time! On a positive note, the staff at the tills were lovely."

"Very reasonable prices and good quality products. Big shop with massive choice from kitchen utensil, kitchen appliances, lights, mirrors, wallpapers, stationary, art and crafts, paintings, paints, gardens and pet shop. Christmas shop is the best in town. Believe me, you don't know what to choose because everything is nice. Sadly electrical items are limited. Shopping baskets available at every department in the store. Brilliant idea!"

"First time at The Range Tralee, had to see what all the fuss was about. This store has got it all. And I mean all. Well apart from stencils (but I may have missed them. Beautiful products, gorgeous Christmas trees and decorations, lights, candles, furniture, bedding, arts and crafts (bit skimpy in that department, but maybe after Xmas there will be more) Place was buzzing with shoppers but not too many. Plenty of space for social distancing. Lots of aisles empty if you felt you were too crowded. Black Friday however will see the hordes arrive. Managed to buy, leads and collars, and high visibility jackets for my dogs. And canvases for my art. 100% will return to this store. There wasn't enough time to look at everything (see my photos for products and prices instore) They're also open 24 hours online so that should satisfy a lot of people."
