"Amazing amazing place. We stayed in the Eco cabin. It's comfortable, spacious and cozy. It has a nice chairs , a small table and place to sit near the window, folding bed and extra bed aswell.we were even provided with a baby cot for our 2year old. The Cabin also has a small kitchen with hob, oven, kitchen ware, cutlery, kettle, toaster and a mini fridge. Has a spacious bathroom and fully functional toilet (it was not a dry toilet ). It has heaters so it was nice and warm inside. We had one with the view facing the fastest light house. The sunrise looks so beautiful....it's just wow. There is also a walking trails where you can go lil closer and have a view of the light house and wild Atlantic. There is also a small area where it's safe to swim based on the tides... Shawn was a wonderful host .... He was very welcoming and helpful. Note- There is parking available, you will need to carry your own toiletries....towels will be provided. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this place."
"Amazing place! The owners are fabulous people very kind and down to earth, they made us feel right at home. If you need a place to go and rejuvenate your mind this is the place, in a stunning location on the water, surrounded by wildlife birds singing and at night we heard owls and even foxes. No distractions just a place to sit and breathe in the clam and quiet, enjoy the company of the people with you. No Internet or TV so its bliss, I did bring my laptop just to watch movies on in the evening and it was just fine. The cabin is cozy and very warm when the heating is on, hot water shower, full kitchen and a dry toilet, don't worry about the toilet it's just like being in a campervan if you've been in one. There's no flush that's all, it's not a hole in the ground like some reviews make out just Google dry toilet and you'll see. The owners have done an amazing job in making the cabin in a way that helps our environment, no harming the environment here with pollution. At night you can sit out under the stars with a fire on its just breath taking."
"Goleen is a small village in West Cork. There are many holiday homes in the area and in the nearby Barley Cove and Crokkhaven. Goleen has a lovely choice of picturesque walks with notices of interesting historic events Herons Cove is a class restaurant of international standard. Was in the, area recently and gladden Ed me very mush as in previous visits. Try a visit A small village cafe serves lovely fare."
"Great place to go for a break. Love the area and the tiny house is a great accommodation option, compared to mobile home or tenting or even the usual house rentals. The hosts are great down to earth people. You won't go wrong staying here."
