"Very disappointed with the service I got in MrPrice Cahersiveen , was buying a dog bed which was priced on the shelf 14.99 euro when I got to the till I was charged 21.99euro . I said it was marked 14.99 and by law that was what it has to be sold for, I got no satisfaction and was told it scanned at 21.99. When I asked for the manager he came and said no that was the price even tho I went back to the shelf with him and showed him the sale price clearly marked 14.99 euro in big bold print . The counter staff and the manager had very poor customer skills and I left and got my money back , totally unsatisfactory service very disappointing."

"First timer for Mr Price Caherciveen. Lovely displays, full of colour and lots of products. Pretty much everything you need. Staff were lovely and very helpful even near closing time. Just a nice gentle reminder from a manger. Must be hard working a bank holiday Monday. Only disappointment was the art section, especially when it came to canvases. Maybe I came a day early and there's a big shipment tomorrow."
