"Delighted with my cut and blow dry"
"I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic customer experience my daughter received from Michelle and her team in Peter Mark's Tralee. My daughter has very long/strong hair which became hopelessly tangled. I originally went in looking to buy a detangling product but when they looked at my poor little one's hair they offered to try and brush it out and detangle it for me. This turned out to be a long and tricky process, but they treated my daughter with such patience and kindness I was genuinely blown away. It took quite a while to comb and get all the tangles out. I had my two other daughters with me and when they were getting a little restless, two other staff brushed their hair and made them feel equally as welcome. They really saved the day!"
"If I could give no stars I would. Peter Mark got intouch with me to see if I wanted a colour and highlights at their training evening. Not Free btw but I thought why not. It took me an hour to drive there with the road works. Had just said this to the trainee as I sat down. Her trainer then showed up and looked at my hair. And in a kinda haughty manner said she can't do your hair she is not experienced enough. I said sorry how am I supposed to know this. Well she could do a treatment and blow-dry.?! I had driven for an hour to be offered a bow dry and no doubt would have been charged for it. I declined and said I wasn't happy I might as well go. As I returned to my car and thought why should I be out of pocket here? So I returned and said I have not only wasted all my time but there's my petrol and parking? Why should I be out of pocket. I was left another 15 as she said she had to call her manager and I did hear her telling someone what had happened. So after waiting she returned and said she could not contact the manager? I had heard her on the phone and she could not authorize this she would have to contact me tomorrow. And yes you quessed it no follow up call. Disgraceful way to treat people who they contact to have the training done on. They should ask for photos to see if suitable and maybe if the trainee is do inexperienced they should not be charging at all . I will be contacting them but just expect more of the same. I recommend customer service training."
"Need more training on how to deal with difficult clients, especially ones with long, well taken care of hair. Two shampoos and a light conditioner big NO NO! 1 shampoo and 2 conditioners is the way to go, but two shampoos dry out the hair. Brain over brawn. Staff should be monitored closely, as whispering and giggling amongst each other while around clients in unprofessional."
"'I am most annoyed I purchased a steam pod on Christmas Eve from ur tralee branch for 185.00 the lady took the box from the display shelve I opened it this morning to find the products missing all the protective selofine half removed from the box . I feel it's like someone had returned this and I was handed it out for 185 euros to say I am mad is an understatement."
