"My middle aged mother called in here asking about a waxing appointment. The woman you she spoke to was very rude saying with disgust “we don’t have any appointments any time soon”, my mum then said “how about next week?”, to which she hear a resolute “no. And none the following week”. My mum is pretty open minded and forgiving of people who work in the service industry as she spent most of her life working there but she could tell the woman was discriminating against her based on age and/ or size. To confirm my suspicions, I phoned the next day and asked for a waxing appointment, I was met with enthusiasm and was offered an appointment, I said that day didn’t work and was offered the following day. Very upset that my mother had to go through this awful encounter and would not recommend this place."
