"Did my nails here twice. First time was disaster. Asked for 10 fingers art as that's in their offer. Got one scared lady who didn't have a clue how to draw the simplest patterns. My nails looked like some kids draw on it. Next time I said will just go for something simple. One color, no art, they can't screw that. The other Lady this time, put completely different colour on my nails, she was all the time talking with her collegue, not minding what she's doing with my nails and of course that she hurt one of my fingers with drilling. No excuses or anything. Think this salon is very unprofessional + they are using not so safe products + comunication with clients is very poor. Avoid!"

"i went here to get my nails done for christmas on the 22nd december, where do i even begin.. i chose this nail salon because i had heard great things about it and when i attended it was what i would call a complete and utter disaster! had my nail appointment at 2:40 it wasn’t untill 3 when i got the nail technician’s attention.. i showed a simple photo dark red nails with gloss cover and one nail design which was supposed to be dark red and my natural nail colour with some silver sparkles and what i got was a complete disgrace, the lady doing my nails had 0 english at all, sitting with her for 2 hours in utter silence not up mention how rough she was to the point blood actually came out of my pinky cuticle which i’m aware it’s normal for it to happen a little during the process but this was complete pain and ignorance and when i pulled my hand away with pain i received “what’s your issue”, probably the fact my pinky was bleeding and being met with pure rudeness.besides that it keeps going, lady never even asked me what shape i wanted?which i thought was a joke just glued this plastic nail on my finger, never asked me the length cut it down super short same size as my normal nail and when i asked for them to be longer, rolled her eyes and gave me super long nails to the point you can’t do much with your hands.. utter joke! not only that but they’re not even, some have lumps and dents as a result of not filing them right looks like i have wonky nails… also never put a gloss coat on my thumbs.. all of this hassle and less than 2 weeks later three nails are fallen off while the rest are a disgrace the whole time the nail technician had earphones in too.. €61.50 wasted! not impressed at all"
