"Ordered food online, didn't recieve part of my order with no explanation but was still charged. Phoned them up immediately after asking what had happened, and would a refund for the missing items from the order be possible - I was told that 'wouldn't be possible' but that another drink would be sent out to me, and was hung up on. Nothing was sent out to me - and I recieved nothing!!! The staff on the phone were so rude, it was just a generally terrible experience. Will not be ordering from here again."

"I ordered from here for the first time. The "delivery" took over two hours and we ended up getting nothing and losing our money. We went out to get the food as soon as we got a notification that the food was there. Nobody was there. We called the restaurant and received very rude service. They said it was my fault as they had waited for "30 minutes" (I highly doubt that) and called me many times. They told me that my phone number is not correct even though I checked it many times that it is and I had my ringer on. Additionally, I was checking my phone every minute and it was open next to me. So, if they couldn't get through to me by my phone, there was nothing I could have done about it. During the call I was called 'careless' and they told me that I do not care about my order and that I was wasting their time. Also they said that this was my second time ordering from them and also a second time me leaving them hanging. This is not correct as it was my first time ever ordering from them or anywhere. They told me never to order from them again, even though that was very pointless as I wouldn't have done that anyway. Very rude service, I feel disrespected and did not get our food nor our money back. Definitely do not recommend ordering or buying from them!!!!! + I would have given zero stars but had to give one to post."
