"Called in to superman’s Clonmel on way home tonight all I can say is WHAT an absolute disgrace!!! My husband got grilled chicken sandwich asked for mayo as choice of sauce no mayo just loaded with ketchup and cheese no lettuce or other salad as shown on display board, I had to send my burger back and asked to have it reheated, we notice food was left sitting on counter tops for too long, I could hear another customer ahead of me asking about his order that he ordered at 7:30 and it was now 8:10!!! Staff appeared to be rude and I presume the manager (as he had a striped shirt I’m not 100% if it was) maybe was just not suited to his position. I noticed there was not much actually no one wearing gloves and seemed to be quite happy to keep touching their faces!!! Also staff uniforms should look presentable with no visible holes in pants!! I’m not one for leaving reviews anywhere positive or negative but this was just insane!! Wake up supermac’s if you want to keep your business alive!!"

"First time being here today, it was so dirty in my he eating area and food was so slow and Luke warm when arrived. More then one person complained while I was waiting about the wait for food"

"Overall ok experience when I visited recently. Nice food very fast service as I was not waiting long although it did take me awhile to order as there was no clear queuing system to the counter so people were making queues all over and jumping the line."

"Food was awful, mainly french fries and chicken nuggets. They just didn't taste right. Wonder if you had changed supplier?? It was very disappointing as we love Supermac. Don't think we will ever go back."

"Good Food but some ignorant stuff who not well trained in customer service. There was no attendant present to take the orders on drive-thru. After waiting in line for more than 30 mins we were asked to return from the start to place our order. The staff said he's very busy and not able to take our orders in the collection window. Waste of time, not coming back. Business lost here."
