"My sister lives in South Wales and an item she wanted for her young daughter's birthday wasn't available in any South Wales store or for home delivery or click and collect - but it was in stock at Telford, near me. She ordered it for me to collect there and post to her. I was concerned initially when it was only revealed after she paid that photo ID was required of the buyer on collection - but, armed with her order confirmation email and reference number plus our WhatsApp conversation and a pic of her driving licence, I went to collect. There were no problems at all! Friendly young man found the item and it's now on its way to my niece."
