"NEVER AGAIN. Avoid if quality and trustworthy cleaning service is what you’re after. I had Cleanerscene cleaning my apartment fortnightly 4 times. I found out that two cleaners (Jo is the name of one of them) had been staying at my place for 20 minutes only (instead of 1 hour as per the agreement) and they’d been checking my drawers, flicking through my documents, touching my private things, etc. Cleaning standard was appalling. Terrible experience. Certainly would NOT recommend."

"Don't waste your time with them. I had a meeting for a quote for a builders clean close to their office on 23rd May 2017 at 2.45pm, they never turned up, not a phone call or an email to inform us either. I rang their office to get an answerphone as they close at 2.30pm every day, left a message of complaint and still no call back. I rang several times the following day to be told nothing, no apology and no explanation and the office staff didnt care and had a bad attitude. AVOID! If they cant turn up to quote I hate to think what their cleaning is like!"
