"I took a suede jacket in here as it's dry clean only. There was a stain on the sleeve. Upon collection, I noticed the stain was still there. The man was very unhelpful and basically said results are not guaranteed. I asked if he could try again he said the person would have already tried several times? I asked for a discount then, since, I was not satisfied with the service. He said no! I think even £1 off as a good will gesture would have been kind. Bad customer service, unfortunately."
