"Visited on Friday to get my upper lobes and helix pierced. I was really impressed and left feeling so happy. Zero was great and really knew his stuff. He made sure to show me that all the needles were new in the packaging, took his time to make sure the placement of the piercings were symmetric and that I was happy with them (which is something no one else has ever asked me before and I really appreciated it), and even asked if I wanted a break between piercings if it was too much for me. I would 100% recommend."
"I came in a few weeks ago to get my nipples pierced and it was the best piercing experiences I have had. I have now got 15 piercings in total and have been to a variety of places to get them done and Heart & Arrow is by far the best. My piercings have healed so well and the piercer (Zero) made me feel incredibly comfortable. He was very patient and kind which was reassuring. The building was very clean and Zero made sure to show that the needles were fresh out of the packaging! Would definitely go there again for a piercing :D"
