"Worst gym in Telford avoid manager lady Terri she couldn’t run a bath let alone this place !! The amount of times the jacuzzi has been out of order I may as well of just had a bath at home and when you email she is sarcastic and very unprofessional. I went in today for the first time in a month and wow everything was working okay I mean it was a miracle. It wasn’t all bad for the first few months the place was a pleasure to attend and the reception staff are always lovely however if your wanting somewhere to go where you have to kinda guess all the time if it’s open I’d avoid."

I have been working with many different gyms and different countries non of any gym will be perfect. Nuffield Health Telford is a good gym if compared to the other gym in Telford we are the best for health care and program to support members. Also we work alongside with Nuffield hospital,Physio,Personal trainer, Very high skill and knowledge, All staff are regular training , program update every 3 months, it’s only gym offer for members to do health assessment(Health MOT),By checking your glucose, cholesterols, fitness levels (V02 max the volume of oxygen uptake) all included with membership price.
