"Wasn't happy with the northampton store popped in to get my daughters ears pierced and was one person in there getting there's done so thought brillant but they wouldn't do them said they were to busy to do them but no one was in the shop and 2 of the staff were sat there doing nothing so we had to leave with a very upset little girl, so went to the another branch who were amazing and so helpful and said the other branch should of done them if no one was in there as they do have bookings but should do walk ins in-between so if you go northampton branch just make sure you book or could end up with a upset child."
"Staff are great, just some products are over priced. I don't recommend piercings from here. I would suggest P. U. L. S. E as they do not use guns and studs are flat back screw-ins not studs with butterfly backs. Also guns are different trauma to the skin. So please be AWARE."
