"Super house for a friend or family gtg. We stayed during Covid in our family bubble and found the house sparkling clean with all check in and out arrangements Covid safe. The teens locked themselves in their attic rooms and the two younger children had great fun in the cellar playroom leaving the Mums to relax in the very comfortable and spacious surroundings. The house is really well stocked and a perfect home from home for a change of scenery in these strange times."
"I visited here a few years back within a big group of guests and it was a lovely place to stay, a nice little garden, lots of rooms, just be wary of the steps going up to the house, but that's really pulling at straws when it comes to the negatives."

"Fabulous holiday let. Extremely well furnished and equipped, with easy access to the town. Also features the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The kids loved the games room, and with a dining room and lounge that can comfortably fit 12 of us, it is brilliant for a big family get together. The owner Sue was welcoming and left us a great welcome pack including beer, wine and freshly homemade bread."
"A large house that sleeps 12. We had it for a long weekend with a party of 9 family members plus a baby and there is plenty of space for a large party with seating, crockery and cutlery for 12, even if the house is occupied to the limit. Everything is clean and well maintained and we were made to feel very welcome. Great location on the hill overlooking Buxton and Buxton itself is a great location."
