"Agreed a price with Stuart from Mini Ink for a Guest artist to tattoo me and paid in full as requested on the day of the tattoo. It could not be completed on the day as there were issues with the PC and transfer paper, so we agreed to finish it at a later date. This has not happened despite countless emails where i was promised it would be sorted. He has now decided not to respond to me and i am left with incomplete tattoo and out of pocket. I am absolutely disgusted at the service i received here and would give it zero stars if i could."
