"Been coming to this site for around 7 years minus the one for covid and we love it. Philip and his partner are always so friendly and helpful and come and chat to us. We have been with large group of friends adults only and been with the kids and it perfect loads of fields and places to adventure and you arent managed on pitch size its basic but its suit us to a tea. We love major bridge and this is our go to camp spot."
"I give this place five stars as it suits my requirements perfectly. It's out in the country, in a beautiful area (Vale of York) with easy dog walking. It has all grass pitches and they are lovely and flat. There are some electric hook-ups. However it wouldn't be for a lot of people. It's completely basic with and a bit of a drive to nearby towns."
"We have been here several times were here for the weekend very friendly owners fantastic"
"Wow what a fantastic place for people who have dogs from the smallest dog to the largest husky pack (we own 11) everyone is made to feel welcome. We camp in the off grid field at the far end no electricity so bring a generator but good clean water close by on tap. Trails to walk or run with your dogs shower and toilets on site. What more do you need a village shop a few miles down the road plus pizza,a Chinese and a chippy so your all sorted. This has become our 2nd home we love it."
"Good if you want a camping party or have dogs as the back field only has water no electric but is quiet unless you have barking dogs. A bit of the beaten track but good access to motorways. We use this as a Base for getting round when visiting friends. Still favourite haunt"
