Reviews
"Definitely needs a vast improvement, the little park is awful, messy, untidy, old and needs upgrading asap, the land is an eyesore for anyone walking through it or past it, the only highlight is the boxing gym which I can see as the better place for kids and teenagers to be , 5/5 stars for them but not the park."
"Not a bad park. Has baby & bigger kid swings, has small slides attached to monkey bars and fireman pole. Suitable for 5-10 year old I'd say."
"This park has changed dramatically over the years and is looking like quite the nice nature reserve as of late. If the ponds were any deeper it could be turned into a great fishing spot."
"It's okay, good for taking my dog there having a good sniff around. It's still flooded at one end which is cordened off. Very quiet, just one or two others with their dogs."
"A decent open space in the centre of town,it's mainly a large spacious grassy area with some mature trees and a small marshy area but this isn't dangerous. There's a wide footpath and cyclepath that runs diagonally through the park this starts at Wintringham road and ends at Doughty road, making it a popular shortcut with both cyclists and pedestrians travelling to and from town. It has a children's play area at the Doughty road end,and it also has some bench style seating. There's no car park or toilets, there's a wooden building which is used by the local scouts and a boxing club."
