"Telephone order to request funeral flowers was very efficient. Was given honest advice about the limited availability of royal blue flowers in February and recommended alternatives. Was pleasantly surprised to be sent a photo of the arrangement and the flower card the day before the funeral asking if I required any changes to the arrangement or the flower card and advised that they had managed to source royal blue delphiniums at Covent Garden the previous night. The arrangement was stunning, the handwriting on the card was neat and well laid out and their customer service from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional.
