"Extremely disappointed. I spent £65 on a dozen blue roses to be delivered to my mother as I am abroad. These were not delivered, instead they sent white with a few blue that I could have ordered on interflorist for less than half the price. When I contacted them they claimed it was due to bad weather and they couldn't get through to me, yet they were quick to respond to me when I requested a refund. They have refused a refund despite not sending what I paid for. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards."
